摘 要：管理是企业永恒的课题，成本管理是企业生存的命脉。施工企业的经济效益直接来源于施工项目，施工项日的成本管理是施工企业管理的基础和核心，是综合性的经营管理活动，是一项系统工程，建立科学的成本管理控制体系，有利于施工企业的生存和发展。在激烈的市场竞争中，施工企业面临着新的挑战，企业为了获得利润，必须要加强施工项目的成本管理。本论文首先对水电施工企业成本管理的作用进行阐述，然后找出成本管理存在的主要问题，最后指出成本管理的改进措施。
